 1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sapphire Oasis LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. No Purchase Necessary
Purchase of a ticket is not required to enter or win.

To enter without purchase, email your name, email address, and phone number to [email protected] with subject: “No Purchase Raffle Entry.”

3. Raffle Period
Entries accepted from 10/16/25, 9:00am, Mountain through 11/25, 10:00pm, Mountain.

Entries submitted before or after the raffle period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Paid Entry: $purchase package via Stripe/ landing page form. Bundle option: 3 tickets for $10.

Free Entry: Submit via email (as above).

Each entry will receive a unique ticket number.

5. Prizes
Winner may choose one of the following:

2 Night All-Inclusive Resort Vacation

2 Night Domestic Hotel Accomadations

2 Night Resort Stay in Peoria, AZ

Prize Details:

Includes accommodations only; travel, meals, and additional expenses not included unless stated.

Prize cannot be substituted for cash.

6. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries.

Drawing will occur on 11/27/25, 11:00am, Mountain via live stream on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The decision of the Sponsor is final and binding.

7. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by email and phone within 24 hours of the drawing.

Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sapphire Oasis LLC may use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or fees associated with the prize.

10. Limitations
Tickets are non-refundable.

Sapphire Oasis LLC is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or technical failures.

11. Right to Cancel or Modify
Sapphire Oasis LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle in the event of fraud, technical issues, or events beyond its control, in compliance with applicable laws.

12. Governing Law
Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of [NM].
